Welcome to the Orange and Blue Nest — a stand-alone 4BR/3BA home for ten, with a TV in every bedroom plus the living room so everyone catches their game. The fully fenced backyard welcomes four-legged crew members (weight limit applies), with room to run before or after tailgating. Out back, the porch swing bed is the spot everyone fights over — coffee at sunrise, cold drinks by dusk. Come for gameday, stay for the porch — perfect for Saturdays, family weekends, or graduation.
